Refund policy

Important Safety Note: For allergy and hygiene reason, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, cleaned, resealed or tampered with. Only items that remain completely unopened, unused and sealed in their original manufacturer packaging are eligible for return. Any evidence of use, cleaning, tampering, or resealing will void eligibility due to allergy and hygiene regulations.

We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days that begins on the order date (the day your purchase was placed), not the delivery date to request a return. This policy is displayed at checkout to ensure customers are aware before purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original manufacturer packaging (inner seals must be intact and not tampered with), never been assembled, installed or used and received back in salable condition at our warehouse. 

If you received a replacement and now wish to return the item, you must return both the original and the replacement. If both are not returned within the applicable window, the replacement will be considered a final sale and a refund cannot be issued. 

To start a return: you can contact us at support@rivetzing.com within 30 days of the order date.  All shipments must be post-dated within that same 30-day window. Returns that exceed this window or arrive in used/unsanitary condition will not be accepted.Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8000 Brookside Dr. #38004, Olmsted Falls OH 44138

No RMA label is provided. We do not offer pre-paid return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is refused, marked "Return to Sender", or otherwise undelivered for reason not caused by us or the carrier, the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Please include the following in your return:  Name and email used for the order, order number, reason for return or item to exchange and packing slip or printed order confirmation.

Processing time: 7-14 business days once we receive your return. If you're returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds: Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the item. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment only within 3-5 business days; refunds cannot be issued to alternative accounts or platforms. If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days from approval, please check your Junk/Spam folder, then contact support@rivetzing.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos or video of the damaged item and all packaging (including the shipping box and label) are required within 5 days of delivery to validate a damage.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: opened, used, cleaned, resealed, or otherwise tampered items (for safety & allergy reasons). Digital products such as e-books, digital recipe books, guides, and any downloadable content. Shipping Protection or shipping insurance add-ons. Extended warranty plans or free gifts or promotional items included with your order.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Late or Missing Refunds: If its been more than 5 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, check your Junk/Spam folder for confirmation or email support@rivetzing.com.

Missing Item(s): Contact support@rivetzing.com within 5 days of delivery if your package is missing items. If you package appears tampered with, please also file a claim with the carrier. When contacting us please include: Photo of the packing slip, photo of all items received and photo of shipping label. Claims for missing items made beyond 5 days of delivery cannot be honored due to carrier claim deadlines. If you don't receive the above verification within 5 days, we'll assume the order was delivered as recorded. 

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, which is publicly available at the time of purchase and may be updated periodically.
